Wonderful HOA Management Company. We live in Briar Chapel, NC and I have been very impressed with the accomplishments our Kuester team has had in our first year. From adding park benches around our common areas, to keeping up with maintenance in the community. I have found our Kuester team to be very approachable. Our social director Erin S. is amazing. Erin planned many new events for the community this first year. Every event was to perfection: Music in the Park concerts with awesome bands, a carnival, Constitution celebration. holiday markets and the incredible Halloween haunted house parties (one for teens with a scary movie and the adult part. Below are few pic from Halloween. Looking forward to our Holiday party.

I contacted Kuester about having our e-mail added to their distribution so we could receive e-mails about community news. Noah replied and took care of the request in a timely manner. Thank you for that professional service. I then received two emails asking me to rate their customer service, to which I am relying.If Kuester is interested in providing excellent customer service, they could start by addressing the neighborhood’s concerns with pool operation, pool and neighborhood landscaping issues. The review is still in process and Melanie has provided me with important status and needed information for my request to be submitted prior to review. Upon submission of the information, Melanie has provided my information to the ARC and has provided updates to date to let me know that the ARC is now reviewing my project. She has been very proactive and efficient in the early stages of this process.
