You can set up an automatic payment for your HOA assessments. With an automatic payment, the assessment drafts from your credit/debit card, checking or savings account on a preset date without you having to do a thing. It makes life easier knowing that bills are paid on time and in full. Select the options best for you.
Direct Payment - ACH (Preferred)
Pulls funds directly from your checking/savings account with “No Processing Fee.”
ACH drafts on the 3rd day of the month that an assessment is due
o For example, a monthly assessment will automatically draft on the 3rd of every month, an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly assessment will only be drafted on the 3rd of month it is regularly due
- HOA prior account balances will need to be paid as the ACH draft only drafts current assessments
- Regular & Special Assessments – will be drafted
- No paper statement will be mailed
- Other charges – will require one-time payment mailed or paid electronically
One-Time Payment
You have several options to pay your homeowner assessments online.
- Processing Time – same day posting to your account
- Pay by eCheck from your bank account – a $1.99 processing fee will apply
- Pay by Credit/Debit Card – a 3.25% processing fee will apply
Recurring Payment
You have several options to pay your homeowner assessments online.
- Processing Time – Assessments are due on the first of the month in which they are charged
- Pay by eCheck from your bank account – a $1.99 processing fee will apply
- Pay by Credit/Debit Card – a 3.25% processing fee will apply
