I contacted Kuester about having our e-mail added to their distribution so we could receive e-mails about community... news. Noah replied and took care of the request in a timely manner. Thank you for that professional service. I then received two emails asking me to rate their customer service, to which I am relying.
If Kuester is interested in providing excellent customer service, they could start by addressing the neighborhood’s concerns with pool operation, pool and neighborhood landscaping issues. This is the kind of customer service our neighborhood would really appreciate.
