Kuester is proud to announce that it was recently awarded a contract with Carolina Preserve at Amberly in Cary, North Carolina. This Del Webb community has 1,360 homes and more than 2,000 residents enjoying an age-targeted, active adult community with numerous amenities. Running this type of community requires a strong board, meticulous organizational skills, effective resources, and sound decision making. Partnering with a reputable property management company can provide valuable support and ensure that operations run as smoothly as possible.
In early 2016, Carolina Preserve started the RFP process to select a property management company. Kuester was one of 22 companies chosen to interview and continue moving forward in the selection process. After numerous interviews and careful consideration of available services and support, Carolina Preserve awarded Kuester the contract.
There were several components that set Kuester apart from the competition. One was its superior accounting and back office support. These are areas where many communities struggle if they do not have board members with strong financial backgrounds or are crunched for time to get everything done. The top-notch technology tools offered by Kuester were another attractive feature. The HOA board for Carolina Preserve believes that these tools would be a “game changer” when it comes to enhancing transparency to make sound operational decisions. Some of these tools include real time customer support analytics and reporting, online project management tools, an online homeowner portal for accessing accounts, and online board member financial reporting.
These services play an integral role in effectively running a community of this size. In addition, Carolina Preserve at Amberly offers more than 100 clubs and interest groups and multitude of amenities to its residents. Amenities include a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse (Bradford Hall), indoor lap pool, outdoor resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness studio, aerobics and dance studio, arts and crafts studio, ceramics studio, hobby and game room, demonstration kitchen, card room, varsity room, three ballrooms, four activity rooms, computers, a library, four clay tennis courts, horseshoe pits, four bocce ball courts, a putting green, walking and biking trails, and a 15-acre lake.
Kuester looks forward to the opportunity to support the Carolina Preserve at Amberly HOA and ensure that members continue to be able to enjoy all of these amazing opportunities and features in their community. Effective property management is essential in helping communities to thrive, and Kuester is committed to providing high-quality services and support throughout the Carolinas.
