This week’s Charlotte Business Journal lists the area’s largest commercial real estate developers, ranked by local square feet developed last year and during the past five years.
Childress Klein Properties Inc. tops the latter list, with 5.4 million local square feet developed from 2009 through 2013, including the area’s largest office building, the Duke Energy Center.
