Tenants

What is the relationship between management companies, owners and tenants/property managers?

As the management company for your community, we are here to assist all members of your community  with their needs related to your association.

With that being said, it is important for both property owners and tenants to understand that certain service requests may result in applicable charges being billed to the property owner.

As a general rule, we will not allow tenants or property managers to request services that may result in a financial liability to the property owner.  The types of requests we generally require to come directly from the property owner include items such as requests for amenity fobs, architectural modifications and maintenance requests.

If you are a property owner and feel that it would be beneficial to you, as the property owner, to allow your tenant and/or property manager to request these types of requests on your behalf, you do have the ability to provide authorization to a third party to make requests on your behalf.   When completing an authorization form, please keep the following items in mind:

  • You are financially responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of your authorized agent’s request.
  • Once our team receives a completed form we will work with your assigned representative until which time we receive written notice from you removing authorization.
  • To submit a tenant authorization request, please click the “Owners with Tenants” link above.

If you are a tenant and/or property manager, please have your property owner visit this site to complete the proper tenant authorization form, or click the “Tenants/Property Managers” link above to submit a Tenant Information Form.  Once we receive your Tenant Information Form, we will reach out to your property owner to request a Tenant Authorization Form be submitted.
