Kuester’s Chris Chaffin Earns Distinguished PCAM Designation

At Kuester Management Group, one of the things we’re most passionate about is education. Our team members are dedicated to continual learning and ensuring we’re always getting better at serving our clients’ needs.

“Professionals who earn CAI credentials maximize the value they can provide to their community association clients,” said CAI Chief Executive Officer Thomas M. Skiba, CAE. “Not only have these professionals demonstrated a personal commitment to self-improvement, but they have also elevated their practical knowledge and expertise. That’s what all community associations need, and what board members and residents deserve.”

Through our commitment to education, many of Kuester’s employees have received distinguished credentials within the community management industry—and today, we’re proud to announce that Chris Chaffin, a member of our Executive Team, has been awarded the PCAM designation. PCAM—which stands for Professional Community Association Manager—is the highest honor in our industry.

Congratulations, Chris—and thanks for embodying Kuester’s commitment to knowledge and constant improvement!

About the PCAM Distinction

According to the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the PCAM designation is awarded to “experienced managers who want to demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge and who wish to be recognized as one of the best and most experienced managers in the nation.”

There are a few prerequisites for receiving this honor—including:

  • Five years of direct community association management experience;
  • The successful completion of each of the six M-200 level courses, as administered by CAI;
  • Successful passage of the CMCA exams, also administered by CAI.

In achieving the PCAM designation, Chris distinguishes himself not just for his knowledge of community management practices, but also for his professionalism, his technical acumen, and his high standard of ethics. Needless to say, these are all things we take very seriously here at Kuester Management Group. We couldn’t be more pleased by Chris’s achievement.
