Kuester Implements Electronic Document System

SIRE Technologies, a leading provider of electronic document and agenda management solutions, has recently expanded its presence in the realm of property and association management. SIRE Technologies has implemented its document imaging software, SIRE Capture, and its electronic SIRE Forms module at Kuester Management Group, based in Fort Mill, S.C.

Kuester Management Group is an association management firm rapidly emerging into several market locations within North and South Carolina. With four regional offices, the firm is currently responsible for managing over 500,000 square feet of commercial and retail property. Additionally, Kuester Management oversees the maintenance and operation of residential associations with membership anywhere from 20 to 3,000 homeowners.

With a heavy workload and expanding growth rate, Kuester Management Group’s staff saw a need to organize paperwork, simplify procedures, increase efficiency, and to ultimately create an environment accommodating to further expansion. With association managers located in many different locations, the company was faced with a logistical nightmare. Accounts payable invoices were being scanned and sent for approval from office to office, often times getting lost in the shuffle with no way of tracking their whereabouts.

Since the implementation of SIRE Technologies’ solutions, Kuester Management Group’s accounting department has been able to eliminate these issues. Employees are now able to enter accounts payable invoices within SIRE’s Forms application each week. From there, the documents are sent directly to managers who then code and approve the invoices. Ultimately, the documents are automatically sent to the company’s central accounting system, VMS.
