Kuester Cares – Jalin’s Food Bank

For the month of March, Kuester will be coordinating with Jalin’s Food Bank to collect canned goods to donate to the Pilgrims’ Inn. Jalin’s Food Bank is an organization that was founded by Jalin Howellfoster, an eleven-year-old boy who attends Dutchman Creek Middle School. His aim was to collect 300 non-perishable items, and he has since collected over 500 to donate to his chosen charity – GO JALIN!

The Pilgrims’ Inn is a charity that focuses on assisting families and children suffering from financial hardship in Rock Hill and surrounding areas. The Pilgrims’ Inn feeds up to 70 families a day, and they need our help!

Jalin is collecting non-perishable, canned goods to donate. If you are interested in contributing to his efforts, please contact his organization through their Facebook page, and Jalin and his mother will be able to schedule a time for him to come and pick up your donation!

If your community is not located in the area and you are interested in donating to this worthy cause, please mail any non-perishable items to the Pilgrims’ Inn at the address below. You can also make a monetary donation through their website, http://pilgrimsinn.org/.
