Congratulations to Ben Rhodes,CMCA, AMS Senior Manager at Kuester received the Manager of Distinction Award at the CAI Conference in Raleigh NC this past Friday. In the running were 22 other professional managers from the state of NC.  The Manager of Distinction Award is given to a candidate who exemplifies exemplifies the CAI Mission Statement: "The core purpose of Community Association Institute is to foster vibrant, responsive and competent associations that promote community harmony and responsible leadership." The winner must have a growing knowledge of the industry and a willingness to share that information with others.

We would also like to welcome our new team members.  Lucas Botros is a broker and will work in our commericial division.  Julie Alber is a new assistant manager in our Myrtle Beach office.  Julie has worked in association management for over 4 years. Mike Caron has joined our maintenance division as an irrigation specialist.  Mike has over 25 years experience.  He is licensed and very qualified to handle any irrigation need.  Mike will also be available for contract work to individual homeowners.
