Moving announcement!

Kuester Companies strives to communicate effectively with our homeowners association board members, homeowners, clients and vendors.   
 
As many of you may know, the Kuester Companies, including Kuester Property Management, are building a new corporate office on Hwy 160, just down the road from our current location. The need for the move is based largely on the fact we have outgrown our current location. However, due to delays, this office will not be ready until the end of 2009.  Therefore, the Kuester Companies will be moving to a temporary location until our new offices are complete.  Starting April 27th we will be located at 1300 Altura Road on the second floor of the InterNET building. 
 
Our Fort Mill office will be closing early on Friday April 24th to facilitate this move. 
 
For the most part, the move will only affect individuals who come by our office without an appointment. Our temporary location is a secured access building so all visitors will need to sign in and be announced before being escorted to the proper location.  We ask that all homeowners call and schedule an appointment, before meeting with their managers.  All phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. The only change will be our office mailing address and location.
 
Our new mailing address will be changing from 108 Stone Village Drive to:

All payments will continue to be sent to Community Association Banc as normal.
