Kuester Management Group has hired a new employee named Stephen Kowalczyk.  We originally hired him to be the Assistant Community Manager for Violations.  However, we immediately realized his potential and gave him an immediate promotion.  He will be a Community Manager.  Stephen was born & raised in Schenectady, NY.  Currently Stephen resides in Lake Wylie, SC, with his wife and two kids.  Stephen has a AAS in Architecture & Construction Technology – Hudson Valley Community College, NY and a BA in Economics – Fairleigh Dickinson University, NJ.  He comes to us with 20+ yrs in Technical/Project management & associate development for AT&T Bell Labs, & Lucent Technologies, NJ.  In his spare time Stephen participates in the following recreational activities- photography, snow skiing & bicycling, volunteer/coach for robot competition at Crowders Elementary School– first all girls team to finish in top 10 at state finals.  We are proud to have Stephen on our team!
